Yes, we have two locations to serve Greater Los Angeles. SVS-Lynwood at 11644 Atlantic Ave operates Monday through Friday by appointment. SVS-Sherman Oaks at 14302 Ventura Blvd operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday by appointment. Both facilities have modern surgical suites.

We return all TPLO and surgery quotes within one hour. Email us your pet's information and recent x-rays if available, or text us at (310) 402-3573. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm to answer questions.

Dr. Patricia Simon holds a DVM from Michigan State University, a Master of Public Health, and is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. She's also a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT) with over 10 years of advanced orthopedic and soft-tissue surgical experience.

Most patients go home the same day. We use modern anesthesia protocols and multimodal pain management to ensure pets recover quickly and comfortably. You'll receive detailed discharge instructions and have text access to our team through recovery. Only complex cases require overnight monitoring.

Yes, we work with all major pet insurance providers. We'll provide detailed invoices and medical records for your claim. Our flat-rate pricing makes it easy to know exactly what to submit. Many clients find our transparent pricing helps with faster claim processing.

We serve all of Greater Los Angeles from our two locations. This includes Lynwood, Sherman Oaks, Compton, Downey, Bell Gardens, South Gate, Encino, Studio City, Van Nuys, and surrounding communities. We accept surgical referrals from veterinarians throughout Southern California.

Referring vets can email case details to info@simonvetsurgical.com or call us directly. We schedule most referrals within the same week. After surgery, we return complete case notes and imaging so you can continue as the primary care provider. Your client never feels handed off.

Cold laser therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to reduce inflammation at the cellular level. Unlike medications that just mask pain, laser therapy actually speeds healing. Sessions take 10-15 minutes and every surgical patient gets one included in their flat-rate package.

We accept CareCredit and can help you apply. Our flat-rate pricing means you know the total cost upfront, making it easier to plan. We also accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due at time of service.

Every patient leaves with detailed written instructions and you get text access to our surgical team until 9pm on surgery days. A free recheck exam is included in your package. As a CCRT, Dr. Simon designs personalized rehab plans for every patient.

Common signs of CCL injury include limping, difficulty standing, swelling around the knee, and decreased activity. We'll review your pet's symptoms and x-rays during the consultation. TPLO is usually recommended for active dogs over 30 pounds with complete CCL tears.
